To summon the record, Section 115 CPC has been requested by Prodiso to submit copies of it. Contrary to the claims of the subordinate court, the documents and the section 96 CPC, which was read with the OLLI, the R1CPC, there was no mandate to file a copy of the decree which was the only objection I came forward who was not guaranteed by law and added that the record that the order was not prepared which was approved by the High Court, dismissing the request for review and separated from office. The request for review was allowed before any available bench was granted
