Section 31 MB, BS Third Professional Examination, Regulation No. 2 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Professional MB Exam, B Section Examination Applicant who appeared in the Third Professional MB, B Section Annual Examination. And was unsuccessful, challenged the validity of the result in his constitutional petition, and prayed for the declaration in effect that he passed the test by adjusting his numbers, which he had given verbal and practical in the articles. Examination was achieved with numbers in theory. According to the rules and regulations of MB, B Section Third Professional Examination, Rule 2, according to Community Medicine and Pathology, the applicant was required to get 50% in theory and 50% in the Oral and Practical Examination, Got 44 of them. Failed 100 more in Theory in Community Medicine essay as well as failed in the O and Subject in the oral and practical examination f pathology with a score of 96 out of 200, resulting in the number of marks obtained in the written examination of the candidate. It was announced not to pass the test along with the oral and practical examination numbers, but the practice was not valid under the Regulation High Court. Cannot travel beyond constitutional jurisdiction, rules, circumstances may not provide any relief to the applicant
