JAWED KHOKHAR versus STATE
In section 498 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), sections 408, 420 and 34 pre-arrest bail, in their FIR, the petitioner complained that the applicant / accused had complained to the complainant of absence from Pakistan. A large number of professional fees collected during the course were misused. Recognizing his arrears, which was requested on time, which was not refunded, the office was directed to issue a notice to the complainant and till then the applicant would not be arrested in connection with the FIR.
