JAWED KHOKHAR versus STATE
In section 498 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), sections 408, 420 and 34 pre-arrest bail, in their FIR, the petitioner complained that the applicant / accused had complained to the complainant of absence from Pakistan.
