Formed a committee which has been re-reviewed. The applicant was declared in one paper while the remaining two papers did not result in any change. The applicant filed another petition for re-evaluation of the two papers; the plea rejected by the applicant denied that he had been discriminated against by the authorities. Discrimination did not arise especially when the applicant's grievance was resolved by the authorities by setting up a committee of senior faculty members for the purpose of examining their papers, after which the petitioner had previously appointed a new Through the constitutional petition, he had complained to the High Court. After tying the matter before the High Court, the applicant could not be exasperated again by the instant application. Discrimination cannot be determined in the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court because the matter is related to a controversial fact, which cannot be taken in such proceedings.
