VII, R1, O XXXIX, Rr 1 and 2b The temporary injunction to prevent the plaintiff from rejecting the case was revoked and after 7 years The decree was issued automatically stating that the plaintiff's property was legally owned by the defendant in the province claiming that he had been in possession of the suit land for the past twenty years, and that he was subject to some of the property rights. Government policy but no notification was in the record, nor was the order passed by the Revenue Authorities against which the complainants were complained. The plaintiff had failed to hear the petition filed with the Revenue Authority for the grant of proprietary rights. Order that this case be presented along with other similar cases but said that the other case was not identified in any way nor was there any alliance with it. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit in which the third defendant's implementation was merely a delay because the suit was not presented by the defendant's right and interest in the property and the case was postponed for nine consecutive years.
