IFTIKHAR AHMAD AND ANOTHER versus AUDITOR-GENERAL OF PAKISTAN
Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3), when the applicants appeared in the examination, accepted the new test arrangements themselves, but they could not be eligible for the same High Court as well as the Federal Service Tribunal. The refusal to intervene was a policy of government applicants who accepted the new test system themselves, who could not be allowed to argue that their affairs would not be handled by the new policy, in the matter of public importance. No question of involvement, requests were dismissed
