The judgment was heard by the trial court under Rule 10 of CPC, Rule 10, that the appeal filed by the petitioners was not permissible by law if the appeal could be considered as a civil review, the applicants were allowed by the High Court. After filing a disqualified appeal, the second amendment will be banned and then revised.
