The defendants' claim of identity value in section 12 and 42 of the law marriages (10 of 1984), the declaration of Article 34 suit, and the alternative performance of an oral agreement to sell the adversary against one's interests were accepted by some defendants. Confessions against their own interests, and by themselves, were strong evidence to corroborate the testimony of witnesses, so the statement of witnesses did not result in minor contradictions, without any explanation, by any of the defendants. I chose not to enter because of which they are witnesses. And the plaintiff's possession for cross-examination was not, in those circumstances, unauthorized or forcible, but all such material evidence was misread or read by the court. \ R \ n
