HAYAT MUHAMMAD AND OTHERS versus MAZHAR HUSSAIN
Section 13 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the right to pre-emption, the use of the notice of the publication publication proof suit and the pre-emptor's appeal were simultaneously rejected by the trial court and the appellate court. His performance was not proven to the students, as there is no evidence in the record court that in exercising the jurisdiction of the review, the following courts set aside the facts of the case together and tried the case. The hearing, along with the new trial, was referred to the trial court for appeal. The court erroneously interpreted section 13 (3) of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1991, where there was postal facility, so the pre-importer was required to send the notice through a registered post confession. It was not bound to see that the notice had reached the address. The law recognizes that if a pre-paid and properly addressed notice is delivered to the post office, it too reaches its destination at the time of the mail by sending notice as required by law.
