Sections 497, the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 324, 353, 225B, 427, 148 and 149 bail, were not pressurized by the accused's lawyer in connection with an accused bail application on the grant of a bail application. He was dismissed on charges that he had escaped from police custody, if any, against the accused, under section 225B, PPC, which was guaranteed by him. Said the accused was entitled to a discount on bail. This position and the accused had no objection to bail, the accused was admitted to bail, under the circumstances.
