Section 13 (6) provides for the tenant in the jurisdiction of the tenant controller to collect the rent, if any, and to instruct him to submit the rent in the future when the relationship of the landlord and tenant was denied. So, the rent controller was obliged to approve the tenant's submission to the court. All such evacuation proceedings shall include rent and future rent arrears, whether in paying rent or fulfilling the landlord's personal needs or completing demolished premises or damaging the demolished premises.
