Sections 497 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 427, 404, 148 and 149 bail, the participant's grant was released on bail on the basis of unlawful delay / rigidity of the accused on the principle of consistency. Bail was deserved. The complainant's lawyer and the Assistant Advocate General, who arrived between the parties, also expressed that the accused was accepted on bail due to consistency.
