MB, B Section Examination External Examination System respondents were MB, B Section students, and in a paper of the first professional examinations, external examiners declared it unsuccessful, alleging that External Examiners had referred to the High Court. The constitutional jurisdiction refused to set aside the result, but the intra-court appeal was directed to the university to declare the results of the examinations on the basis of the admission test, which the university had asked the High Court to ignore the examination system. Had no jurisdiction The results could not be announced on the basis of internal examination unless it was proved that the High Court should not have entered the dispute in relation to the authenticity of the results if the High Court had reached such a conclusion. Then, in the interest of justice, instead of instructing the university to fall, it is only on the basis of the internal examination that it concludes that it has to deal with the matter of examiners for the purpose of appointing another inspector to the university. If they had any reservations against the Examiner High Court, there was no jurisdiction to declare it directly. On the basis of the internal examination only the Supreme Court changed the application for leave to appeal and remanded to the High Court for review of the matter.
