Article 4 (185 ()) List of Recruitment Merit Final Order There was no suitable candidate for a particular zone in the dispute between the parties in relation to the selection for a particular zone, therefore, the Provincial Public Service Commission constitutionally applied Recommended court appointment. Jurisdictional intervention and the Public Service Commission's recommendation were set aside. The applicant's position was that the appointment of a candidate was recommended against the other zone respectively and against the merit quota available as a result of non-availability of candidate for the specific zone in the merit list. The serial number was at, therefore, there was no justification for interference in the High Court case. The applicant also claimed that no final order had been approved on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, therefore, the constitutional petition was already in the opinion of the solemn office-bearers to register candidates from a particular party for which the vacancy took place.
