Section 14 (b) Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 2000, R16, 18 and 65 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 nomination papers rejected, nomination papers by the applicant to contest the election for the seat of the Member General Counsel. Matriculation Certificate Array that was prepared by them as there was still some days left because after a few days of the election, the issue is raised if the applicant's matric certificate was genuine or fake Punjab Local. 65 of the Government Election Rules 2000 was rejected by the District Returning Officer, R's petitioner's expulsion papers were kept accordingly.
