The petitioner, who was concerned without hearing the unauthorized order approved by the authorities, relied on the decision of the SCMR 382 of the Supreme Court's 2006 stating that the hearing was not necessary, If there are reasons for approval of the representation after considering the order. The answer, no mistake can be attributed to the legality which the Supreme Court has stated will bind and honor everyone, including the High Court. The constitutional application was dismissed.
