Sections 4 and 28 A Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Sections 151 and 152 Acquisition of Land Claims for Additional Compensation Applicants / Claimants sought and amended the decision by exercising the court's inherent powers. On the day the High Court pronounced its judgment, the claimants were entitled to an additional 15% per annum in compensation and interest under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, when it was in the field. It was held that the referee was pending in the court to pay the compensation of the act pendency of reference, it was not finalized at that time it appears that section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was a bench. Has not been brought under the jurisdiction which resulted in the claimants / applicants getting the allowance under the Allowance Act 1884. As per nature and beneficial in nature, all proceedings pending shall be for the applicants / claimants, in those cases entitled to the additional compensation, hence the notification under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Permission to approve additional compensation fixed from the date of payment of compensation as such was acceptable under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, though this was not intentional, but it did show an accidental slip or error. Which can be corrected by the court at any time, either on its own motion or on its own. The request of any party to the exercise of powers under section 152, CPC and states that the error be corrected
