There was no inquiry which led to no injustice or discrimination. In the proceedings against it, the appellant had fulfilled the allegations against the appellant and it was proved that the appeal against the unknown order was dismissed, in which case the appeal of the voluntary retirement scheme was approved. The developer alleged that he had not opted for such a retirement and in relation to the voluntary retirement scheme, this option form was fake and not. The appellant signed by him was unlawful in this regard
