Section 4 51 bond petition against the petitioner, who has been granted bail for the accused, has asserted that he has presented himself as a guarantor on humanitarian grounds and that he is a poor man. It can be excluded that the poverty of the bailiff is not a ground treatment. The applicant, under the law, resort to certain provisions of the Contract Act, 1872, to recover the money paid as bail from the accused. It does not appear that the trial court or the reviewing court charged any illegal or irregularities when instructing the applicant.
