Section O15 State Life Employees (Service) Regulations, 1973, Regulations No. 33 State Life Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1986, Regulations 10 (3) and 11 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 25 and 199 Constitutions Scope Employees' Recovery Benefits, Salary and Legal Development Entry Scope Employees were dismissed on charges of corruption, dismissed by the Appeal Service Tribunal against the employee's dismissal order, the employee dismissed from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court had set aside the dismissal order. And ordered a fresh investigation of the matter and the employee re-joined the service after being dismissed for 456 days. According to the Supreme Court order de novo was investigated and upon completion of the inquiry the employee was acquitted of all charges, but his suspension was considered to be an extraordinary leave without pay, due to dissatisfaction with the order. Has filed another departure with the prayer that it is mandatory to represent his term of service as extraordinary leave, and should be considered eligible for service benefits during which he will be retired from employment. Representations made by a deprecated employee were partially accepted, such as annual increases. Was allowed, but no order on other pending increments was approved and an appeal was filed by employees against their middle class colleagues, which were called under State Life Employees Regulation No. 33. The (Service) Regulations, 1973 were partially adopted, under which the employee made an immediate signature
