Appellant, who was a senior government employee, will be deemed to have been promoted to BPS 17 from the date of development of his juniors. In the financial incentives beginning on this date, when it was promoted to promote BPS 17 to 18, the authorities were instructed to put the matter before the Public Promotion Committee with all relevant ACs. ? \ r \ n \ r \ n
