BASHEER AHMAD versus FAZAL DIN
Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 dismiss the appeal according to the offer of the appellant, when the defendants took the oath from the Holy Quran. One of the appellant's plea was that the defendant was a man of no-mind, and he was without his name. Could not sue. The next friend, Validetti, did not raise such objections in the written statement. The appellant himself appealed to the defendant to take oath on the Koran, which would be sufficient to conclude that the defendants were of irrational mind. Appeal was not enough for the respondent as the person with a base mind was rejected by the High Court. \ R \ n
