In which the evidence was exhibited, there should be no proof of the claim and no proof of the nature of the document. o The aforementioned document / agreement can be seen by judicial affiliation or proceedings that he cannot obtain the wife's personal belongings or property status and thus the decision based on this document will be outside the scope of the Family Court claim. To the extent that the wife was rightfully denied by the appellate court, the constitutional petition was dismissed.
