WASEEM ABBAS versus STATE
Section 2 (b (b)) of evidence was defined in the court premises where the victim had to be presented in a weapons case while being handcuffed, before the magistrate died. The murder case came up the day before the murder and it was alleged that the prisoner in the trial was submerged in a burqa fully armed with two pistols. He suddenly removed his burqa and fired a shot at the victim and tried to escape, but that was the police prosecution's case against the accused. Arrested on the grounds that he was found guilty of violating conditions, his sentence was upheld, however, the lawyer requested a reduction in the case that the victim was a hardened criminal, not innocent. The accused was not deserving of death sentence was already punished in the murder spree. The accused had no place in retaliation and the law did not allow him to approach the victim instead of referring to the law. The accused was also sentenced to death by the trial court for murder.
