Article 199 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 151 Constitutional Appeal Interim Relief Rule Public applicant affirms any legal basis for prohibiting authorities from issuing a printing order to a defendant in connection with a book for the academic year 2012 In the absence of, the authorities could not do so in order for the defendant to issue a printing order, any order regarding the printing of the book by the respondents would mean that the applicant would receive basic relief. The academic year, beginning March 1, 2012, will prevent the defendants. Publication of the book under hearing will be in the public interest.
