Shocked notices that he had, during the course of a criminal trial, sold 12 bore of illegal pistol to a person from whom his possession was recovered, to the applicant for clarification of his status before the competent authority. Several times he was called for a personal hearing, but nevertheless from serving the notice, he avoided his hearing. Department officials have considered the petitioner's threadbare case and the service tribunal has also filed a petition against the applicant. Recorded fact-finding and the tribunal's decision was appropriate and no exception could be taken. Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution, excluding any important questions about the law of public importance, was excluded and accordingly the appeal was refused \ r \ n \ r \ n
