RR 3 and 4 Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) facilitating escape of police constable offender, requesting a criminal case against him / The dismissal of the constable's accusation was handed over to the police tribunal armed with a government vehicle for detention of the prisoners by the service tribunal confirming the constable's appeal. Could be taken so that the police party armed with sophisticated weapons was extremely negligent and iii acted in an extremely irresponsible manner and failed to perform its duties in a diligent manner and the unarmed and handcuffed offender was taken. Could have been punished. No one from the police party has escaped without the help of collective communion and convenience. The applicant's resignation from the criminal trial will not have any effect on the applicant's ease of arraignment; after a thorough investigation, not only was he found liable for gross negligence, but as a result, active prosecution and facilitation. The convicted Supreme Court dismissed the plea and refused leave of appeal
