SECRETARY MARKET COMMITTEE, SETHARAJA AT THARI MIRWA, DISTRICT KHAIRPUR versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Agricultural 54 54 Agricultural Product Markets Act (v. 1939), Section 19 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was granted leave of appeal by the Supreme Court to consider the question of whether the law was Sindh. The provisions of section 54 of the Local Government Ordinance, the receipt of fees etc. by the Market Committee in 2001, shall be governed by the provisions of Section 19 of the Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1939.
