SENIOR-VICE PRODUCT AND ZONAL CHIEF, HABIB BANK LIMTIED versus MUHAMMAD YOUSAF KHAN
Sections 25A, 37 (3) and 38 (3) of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section O15 (3) (4) of the Labor Appeal Tribunal on complaint of suspension of bank employees. The Applicant's Applicant / Employee was suspended from the job because during a sudden inspection it was found that the employees were accused of misappropriating heavy money. The allegations leveled against him should be withdrawn. During the suspension period, the Labor Court's presiding officer, immediately, concluded that the applicant / employee of the complaint had succeeded in establishing his case. Given that the rules of the bank do not legislate, the supply of employees will be governed by the supply. The West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968 Labor Court ordered the stand not valid as the maximum period of suspension could be up to four weeks, whereas in the present case it has been exceeded by the Labor Court. The complaint filed by the employees has been accepted legally because of a request made by the Labor Court for a validation observation, the valid premises were not processed during the inspection. Or at the time of the employee's suspension, the management had learned of the misconduct by the employee, the employee was placed under suspension so that he could not commit further misconduct with the record and could not play havoc with confidence in him. The requirement is that employees must also be charged within 30 days of the commission of corruption before the inquiry begins.
