Article 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition plot allotment petitioners, who claimed to be allottees / occupiers of plots in the respective goth / village, challenged the cancellation of plot allotment. Canceled. And as a result, in the dispute, the land government and the restored land were allotted some area and the bus terminal was proposed and the occupation was handed over to the concerned authority. Under which the relevant village grant was withdrawn / canceled, but he claimed that the reality was not in the knowledge of the truth. Applicants approved after a valid inquiry, which could not remain secret for more than five years, especially when copies were sent to all concerned officers, including the office of the concerned applicant, under clear conditions from the High Court. Was not referred to in the hands and his constitutional petition was not entitled to any relief.
