SH. JAMIL AHMED THROUGH LEGAL HEIRS versus ADMINISTRATOR MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE, ABBOTTABAD

Sections 61 & North 64 of the Northwest Frontier Province Public Property (Termination of Barriers) Act (v. 1977), Article 3 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) licensing property belonging to the licensors and relatives of the licensed property property. The construction of the property was owned by the municipal committee and the licensors extended the construction on which the municipal committee issued a notice under section 3 of the Northwest Border Public Property Act, 1977, under constitutional jurisdiction.
