Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Stability Scheme, Applicant was traumatized by the allotment of land in the Stability Scheme in relation to finding alternatives to the Tribunals for complaints against the distribution of land in the Stability Scheme. The constitutional jurisdiction was not an appropriate forum to protest. The High Court, having exercised powers under Article 199 of the Constitution, had no jurisdiction to substitute its own search at the Tribunals' finding because there was sufficient justice, therefore, in favor of the applicants.
