Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Stability Scheme, Applicant was traumatized by the allotment of land in the Stability Scheme in relation to finding alternatives to the Tribunals for complaints against the distribution of land in the Stability Scheme.
