The petitioner opposed the demand which stated that the Res Establishment Provincial as described under Section 2 (11) of the Provincial Employees / Social Security Ordinance, 1965, the school run by the applicant. Not covered when its definition was provided by a law. It was also noted that on the question of determination of the amount of contribution, a demand was made for the determination of facts for which the procurement was provided by the Provincial Employees' Social Security Ordinance, 1965, in and of itself.
