DR. IJAZ AHMED versus UNIVERSITY OF VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES
Article 11, 21 (d) and 31 Constitutions of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application was related to the alternative treatment, the choice of the defendants made by the University to achieve disputed justice between the parties. The candidates were more qualified for the positions held and the defendants did not have the required qualifications. The applicant further stated that the selection was not transparent as the university had changed the criteria regarding the score / marks card. Under Section 11 of the Administration's Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore Ordinance 2002, alternative remedies for review were therapeutic applicants. Sent. Copy the application to the Chancellor of the University and recommend that he consider this request as the review request was dealt with.
