MUHAMMAD SHAHZAD versus JUDGE FAMILY COURT

Sections 14 (1) (b), 14 (2) and 5, Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Family Court to file a constitutional application against such an order filed directly under the Signature of Marriage Jurisdiction. As a substitute alternative, the constitutional application will not be retained. Appeal under section 14 (1) (b) of the West Pakistan Family Courts Act 1964 will be available to the applicant.
