Section 19, 2 (m), 39 and 20 of the newspaper jurisdiction cancels a newspaper's declaration from the High Court at the request of the District Coordination Officer / Press Registrar, either automotive or by any means with the information. Person \ 's Press Registrar \' means the registrar of newspapers for Pakistan, appointed by the Federal Government under section 39 of the Press, Newspapers, News Agencies and Books Registration Ordinance, 2002 and any Individuals who are assigned by the Federal Government to perform all tasks. In the present case of any of the press registrar's duties, neither the appellant nor any of the agencies, including the press registrar by or the defendant, had filed a petition directly to the District Coordination Officer against the appellant or his paper. In fact, the petition was filed against the appellant or his newspaper's respondents, in fact, before the District Nazim and the order was approved by the District Coordination Officer himself. Was sent to the District Coordination Officer, after which the District Coordination Officer issued a show cause notice to him and initiated proceedings against the appellant. On the basis of a disqualified application, the jurisdiction was considered in this case and consequently the entire modern structure of such jurisdiction had to be crushed, such as lawful authority and quorum without exception. \ r \ n \ r \ n
