UMED ALI versus STATE
Section 497 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Section 302 guarantees the denial of enmity between the parties on the murder of the complainant's nephew in which the co-accused was involved. The prosecution alleges that Perry was pressuring the complainant to change his evidence, but he was denying that the motive was assigned to the need for evidence in this case, no final finding at the bail-out stage. The prosecution's witnesses assigned the suspect's role in the firearm injury to the victim, according to a medical officer. This can be determined at trial because it requires evidence to clarify whether such injury was caused by Kalashnikov. In the bail-out phase, only a temporary review of the evidence was permissible, indicating that the material on the record showed that there were reasonable grounds to believe. It has been alleged that the accused was involved in the case, after he was granted bail under the circumstances he was not entitled to exemption on bail under the prohibited clause of Section 497, CR PC.
