Section 365A & 344 Anti Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 (c) gave the abductor a detailed and graphic account of his abduction, detention and final release not only in the kidnapping identification test. It was unknown and the abduction conviction would have the defendant photographing the accused with testimony of his conviction that the solitary confinement could be recorded. Because he did not have any reason to deny it was upheld in turn accused, however, the kidnappers did not hurt and he came home. The death sentence of the accused was safely changed to life imprisonment
