SHER ZAMAN versus THE STATE
Sections 302, 337 F (ii) and 337 F (Iiv) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) were brought to light throughout the day and were witnessed by the complainant and four injured witnesses. Had fully involved the accused. The eyewitnesses to the crime were natural witnesses to the incident and their testimony was reliable. The case was of a single accused and an FIR was filed immediately, under section 342, the accused was nothing more than a fictional statement; the CRPC itself was not sufficient to prove itself innocent. The six offenses recovered were linked to the accused's licensed rifle, which alone was the culprit responsible for the crime and he acted cruelly but was denied the circumstances.
