KHURSHEED AHMED JUNEJO versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
The boundaries of divisions and districts in sections 7 and 11 are not provided under the Permanent Practice of Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2001 and attract the boundaries of the relevant electoral rules, in relation to determining the constituency in the context of elections. I have a process that is intended for constituency selection. Such exercises should be carried out before the elections are held to include the variation of boundaries of constituencies and the determination of them. Constituency delimitation is not a fact that anyone is elected. Representative demarcation of the area from its designation is exercised solely for the purposes of the next / subsequent elections, as the district boundary is similarly consistent with the regional boundaries of a district, so the objections before the delimitation No need to invite. The limitation does not have effect under section 7. Under Section 11, Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2001, to change the local areas of two or more adjacent unions within a district to which it belongs within a district or its affiliate through a resolution of each of the respective 2/3 of the total membership is approved. The Union Council or the Talaka Council subsequently proposed to the Government and, therefore, to remove any doubt concerning the effect of such resolution on the status of elected representatives, thereby consequently, in section 11 of the Ordinance. A provision has been provided at RD
