In Article 230b (b) and the Minal Pro4 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), the minor son of the deceased was compromised between the 5 345 parties, accepting the land transferred in the name of the minor agreement that had been made between the parties. The crime was exacerbated, without any intimidation, intimidation or coercion, and voluntarily allowed to enter the premises, resulting in the offense. Approved and accordingly the convictions and sentences of the accused were set aside
