Against the decision to sell mortgaged property for compliance with provisions in Articles 9, 15, 19 and 22 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), section 12 (2), and A. XXI RR 90, 97, 99 and 103 An appeal banking court suit was ordered and illegal money was collected from the sale of the mortgaged property and a certificate of sale was also issued. His property appellants also claimed that he was in undisclosed possession of the suit property and his title has been confirmed. Appellants could not present a legal basis for making a mortgage or by filing a lawsuit by the defendant bank or at the time of the execution. Except for the claim that he claimed to be in possession of the property, the mortgaged land appellant failed to identify any weakness in the unidentified order, the appeal against the said order was dismissed.
