The bank record was bound to be ignored because the appellant's plaint on the basis of counterfeiting and forgery was rejected by the banking court. Thus, O VII, R 11, CPC could not be applied in the same way that the cancellation of the case by the banking court could not be sanctioned and the unclean decision was set aside. According to the law, the court was remanded in order to settle the matter.
