ABDUL GHAFOOR KHAN versus JAVED KHAN
Articles 6 and 13 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O VII, R 11 suit were dismissed for valuable relief before dismissing the trial, VI, R 11, under CPC. On the date the trial court adjourned the hearing, with the observation that no court fee had been filed, the first appeal against the dismissal by the appellate court was filed by the plaintiff, OV VII K.C. 11 (c) under KCL (b), the plaintiff's request for verification may be rejected. Relief claimed that the claim was valuable and that the plaintiff would be instructed to correct the valuation within a set time. There was no record on record that aid was being valued and no instruction was given to fix the price until the trial court was given no information that the plaintiff had written on insufficient stamp paper and no one on that side. It was not instructed that there was a deficiency in the court fees which should be given the orders of Imp. According to this law, conditions were set on which the court could dismiss the case against the impugned order, and the orders and orders of the following courts were set aside, resulting in the trial court filing by the plaintiff. Will be considered pending before. Decided according to law
