Claims for damages for Section 9 and 22 suit loan receivables were settled by the Banking Tribunal for adjustment of suit for recovery of Rs. 1, 79, 200 and liquid liquidation at 20% rate set by the bank. Under the Prime Minister's Package Scheme, the appellant bank claimed that the banking tribunal had rejected the claim of unlawful damages, as compared to the amount of Rs 1,10,000 received by the defendants as a loan, 1,17,625 had been deposited by them, considering that the Prime Minister's package had been attracted and it overruled the situation. The remaining claims were rejected by the banking tribunal, in which case there was no illegal action by the banking tribunal. \ r \ n \ r \ n
