HAJI ABDUL REHMAN versus NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN
Appeal for the judgment of the High Court on the receipt of the loan to the Circular No. 29 suite of Sections 9 and 22 State Bank of Pakistan BPD, 2002, and the order passed by the Banking Court in favor of the Bank, by the Appeals. It was challenged that the bank had covered it illegally. The only objection to the markup by the appellants was that it was against the integration of Islam and they have transferred the State Bank of Pakistan under the privileged incentive scheme and the matter is under consideration and some money has been deposited. Similarly, the justification is too much. The court refused to consider the markup dispute and said that if the appellant had applied to the State Bank of Pakistan for availing the privileged scheme, the executing court would have passed the order. It will look into the matter legally before implementing it.
