Tenants have submitted rent. The tenant explained the delay of two days in the submission of rent arrears. The landlord's advocates were directly discussing the question of paying rent arrears out of court to the landlords and they were kept on promises until the 30-day deadline expired. The tenant pleaded that the delay in filing the rent was neither intentional nor intentional about the tenant's controller filing a rebellion by the tenant against the tenant's decision. He dismissed his defense appeal and directed his dismissal. The appellate authority rejected, the tenant had filed a constitutional application. In regards to non-compliance with the directive issued by the tenant controller, the tenant did not come forward to say a word to the tenant or the landlord's direct payment of rent arrears was certainly against. ? The Tenant Controller issued a temporary rent order under section 16 (1) of the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 which required the tenant to submit the arrears of rent to the court.
