Sections 406, 420 and 489F Criminal Code of Conduct (V 1898), section 417 (2A) were upheld by the accused against appeal against a breach check issued by the accused by the magistrate under section 406/420. Acquitted the accused. Section 489F, PPC bounce became a crime after the PPC was added, but the purpose was to dishonor the loan or check to fulfill the duty which dishonored the offer. The crime was allegedly committed in 2001, when the section 489 was not on the books of the Constitution, the trial court properly acquitted the accused and the unclean verdict was not open to any exception. According to the appeal was dismissed.
