HABIB ADM LIMITED versus KARACHI ELECTRIC SUPPLY CORPORATION LIMITED
Articles 24 (2) and 26 (6) of the Specific Relief Act (of 1877), Articles 42 and 54, the declaration and the permanent injunction dispute were raised in the suit which was demanded by the Electric Supply Company because the claimant. The demand for additional payment was disposed of under the provisions of Sections 24 (2) and 26 (6) of the Electricity Act 1910, the dispute referred to, the plaintiff had to submit to the present Electric Inspector. During that time the plaintiff company had to submit the present demand and the disputed amount was to be deposited in court within three days. The electric inspector was instructed to decide the dispute within three months, entitled to the money appeal provided under the Electricity Act. In 1910, the Electric Supply Company could not take any immediate action to recover the disputed amount until the decision was recorded by an electric inspector.
