The testimony of Section 9 (c) evidence was proved by reliable and convincing prosecution evidence from the accused, however, no separate sample was taken from each of the 15 slabs recovered from the accused. It is certainly not possible to say how many slabs were in addition to the one in which the sample was actually contained in the prosecution, therefore, it failed to prove that the quantity of marijuana recovered exceeded one kilogram. Resulting in the conviction of the perpetrators of the crime, but the punishment was reduced economically under the circumstances.
